Norman founded Dataweave response to customer demands for a responsive solution provider with deep expertise in the complete Oracle stack: Oracle Database, Fusion Middleware and the E-Business Suite of applications products.
Prior to Dataweave Norman spent 16 years at Oracle working in a number of senior management roles for Oraclein Australia and the UK, including General Manager, Technology Sales and Director, Alliances and Channels. |

Norman has over 25 years experience in the IT industry, having worked in systems engineering, development, consultancy and sales. He has an honours degree in Electrical Engineering from Bristol University in the UK.

Mike Turner is an experienced senior manager with many years experience of business development for Oracle and Oracle partner companies. Most recently he built ASG’s Oracle practice in Melbourne from scratch to be a 22 person business over a two year period. Prior to ASG Mike worked for Oracle for seven years launching the Australian localised version of its HRMS suite. |
As Regional Manager for Dataweave Mike’s role is to grow our business and support our customers in Victoria.
Michael has over 18 years of IT experience with Oracle Corporation and a number of IT solution development organisations and hosting providers. He has been involved with major Oracle-based projects with significant organisations such as Optus, Strathfield Group, Australian Customs, USAF, Marconi, Integral Energy, Transfield and others.
Michael has considerable experience in Project Management, IT Service Delivery, IT Methodologies and Standards, Application Migration and Development.
